What a year it has been so far! As you might have noticed, things are changing at RFSales. We are growing ever so slightly and have put on 2 new staff members; Briana Cross (marketing/communications intern) and Sean Hambridge (systems admin and marketing). We are also expanding our product range to take new industry initiatives into account and to serve our loyal customers more effectively. We have streamlined some of our key processes and are continuing to improve the way we support our customers. While we are continuing to run internal projects to streamline our back-of-house functions some of the more outward signs are related to the way we communicate with you. Our website is up for renovation and we aim to have more specific product and professional information available instantly. The RNN (RFSales NDT News) is our key form of communication and while we aren't sure of the timing yet (any ideas please share) you can rest assured it will become a regular visitor to your inbox.
