Are you tired of expensive and disruptive intervention to detect blockages in your pipes? This portable system is able to efficiently detect and locate the presence of blockages and leaks without the need to remove insulation or to erect vast areas of staging. The AR5000 emits a sonic wave which runs along the inside of the pipe, following it around bends and even complex spirals. It can detect and locate holes, blockages or foreign bodies in up to 500 metres of tubing at inspection rates of up to 800 tubes per hour.

Operators have reported cases where the AR 5000 has been able to solve problems which had previously defeated them. At a plant, which manufactures mayonnaise and sauces, leakages were once commonplace because of the corrosive nature of the product. The AR 5000 is now used to check the condition of pipe work and alert operators to potential problems. It is also useful for detecting the location of blockages and proving pipes are clear before restarting machinery.

We hope you had a blessed Christmas and a refreshing break over the New Year. It's only been a month since we've been back and the break seems a long time ago. The "Porpoise Pool" (dolphins really) in Coffs Harbour was good fun on the way back from holidays! Our new website is certainly keeping us busy with enquiries and requests from right across the globe.
